Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging
• You must contact our support team first to receive a return authorization number
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging

Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

For returns due to buyer error (changed mind, ordered wrong size), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective/damaged items, we cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Discreet Returns

All returns are processed with the same discreet packaging standards as outgoing orders. No product information will be listed on return labels.
